OffSite Bid Sheet
Each year the NATCA Charitable Foundation holds auction events in conjunction with NATCA National and Regional Events, whether NATCA in Washington, Communicating for Safety, or the Biennial Convention - we sincerely appreciate your participation at our fund-raising auctions. Donations are steadily coming in for our upcoming Miami Convention Auction - September 9th-12th. Off-site bids may be made if you are unable to attend. This page will list auction items and be updated as often as possible. If you are interested in a receiving a list of the auction items and placing a off-site bid via email please contact our corporate office at 817.466.3523 or email C. Many thanks to our Auction Committee and Auction Volunteers... it is thanks to the time and efforts of volunteers like these that we continue to be successful in our mission to help the underserved across the U.S. 2008 NATCA Biennial Convention Auction Committee: Elena Nash, Jerry Nash, Darrell Meachum, Tom Thompson, Trish Gilbert, Ruth Marlin, Jim Jarvis, Gini Briggs, and Paul Rinaldi.
You may bid on any auction item. If an item is site specific it is indicated in the description. Call 817.466.3523 for additional details on any item, messages will be returned within 24 hours when possible. Your bid(s) will be entered in minimal increases ($3 - $10) until your maximum bid request is reached. Payment may be made by cash, check, MasterCard or Visa credit cards (sorry we are not able to process debit cards). Deadline for online off-site bids for the Miami Convention auction is Thursday, September 4, 2008 - 1:00 PM CST. Off-site bids may also be hand delivered to the event any time prior to the auction closing. You will be contacted for payment and pickup if you are the winning bidder. The following table lists the auction item number, a description, the donor, and the value provided by the donor. If you are interested in bidding on any item please complete the form below along with the account details. Winners are responsible for shipping charges. All items must be paid for within 10 days of event. Forfeited items will go to the next bidder or the next event.
Please provide the item number and your maximum bid amount. Please enter your bid as numerical and confirm with written (i.e. $30 / Thirty dollars). The form below has a maximum of 20 bids, if you wish to bid on more than 20 items please submit a second form.
